In this workshop we look at how to manage the challenging and often difficult conversations that you come across as a leader. The conversation may be offering feedback for a task or lesson which does not reach the required level of quality, failure to deliver or addressing unprofessional behaviour. This practical session will provide you with a framework to elicit a successful outcome.
