Inaugural Lecture

This lecture examines how people in rich countries spend their time and how economics – the study of scarcity and incentives – pervades decisions about time use. It focuses on age, education and gender differences in time use and on the growing scarcity of time.

The lecture will be followed by a reception in the Windsor Building Foyer.
