19th March, 2020
Whitecross Street has paid witness to incredible communities, astonishing stories, terrible squalor, prisons and reformations, bombings and rebuildings, and a four-century-old market that’s still going strong today.
Join PACE Year 2 students on 19 March for a site-specific series of performances, with an eclectic mix of music, movement and theatrical happenings, as they revel in untold tales, illuminate invisible spaces, and explore personal memories.
From conjuring the spirits of a silenced history to celebrating the current motions of the street, Whitecross Chronicles will have you journeying into a transient microcosm of London’s soul.
Guildhall School’s BA Performance & Creative Enterprise (PACE) performers are multi-disciplinary artists working in cross-arts and socially engaged settings.
We will be closing the booking for this discussion on #gendered workloads in #academia tomorrow afternoon, to allow full and frank discussion, the event will NOT be recorded, so if you would like to be part of the conversation, please reserve your place ASAP. twitter.com/gemmaouten/sta…
